House Rules & Regulations

For a comfortable stay for all guests, please follow our guest house policies.

🚫 Unmarried Couples Not Allowed: Lake View Guest House operates strictly as a family and nature retreat. Unmarried couples are strictly not permitted to check in or stay. Valid government ID and relationship proof are required at check-in. Non-compliant bookings will be denied check-in without refund.

Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in is 12:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

Government ID Required: All adult guests must present a valid original Government-issued ID at check-in. Details must match the booking.

🪪 Mandatory Matching ID at Reception: Guests must submit the exact ID proof they used for booking. This means the booking is only valid if the same guest who made the reservation checks in with that same ID. If a different ID was used for booking and a different guest arrives at the reception, deciding whether to provide a room is at the discretion of the management.

AC Provision Policy: Select AC or Non-AC at the time of booking. The AC unit will remain off if Non-AC is selected. Changes at property may incur a charge difference.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellation is allowed only up to 1 day before the check-in date. Cancellation is NOT permitted on or after the check-in date, and no refund will be provided.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and common areas. Violation will result in a penalty.

No Outside Food: Guests are requested not to bring outside food into the rooms. We offer in-house meal arrangements on request.

Noise Policy: Please maintain silence between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Loud music or disturbances are not permitted.

Visitors Policy: Registered guests only are allowed inside the rooms. Day visitors must check in at reception.

Property Care: Any damage to room furniture or property will be charged to the guest. Please report pre-existing damage at check-in.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed inside the guest house premises.

Checkout & Key Return: Please return the room keys before checkout. Late return of keys beyond 11:00 AM may incur extra charges.
